Apologies, but looking at the XBE dump (invalid Media and Region combinations) and considering you admitted to piracy on Discord the other day we can infer that this in an issue for a pirated copy. Please refrain from making issues about pirated game dumps in future.

Black screen issue. State-bootable with build 456b76cb from aug 23 2018

You can hear the audio from videos, from browsing the menu. But crashes when actually loading in-game with:
