Misc fixes #77

Following updates were made for planned big changes to reorganize source files into their respective directories:

fix xbe title to replace underlines symbol to spaces
make corrections and typos for Xc prefix functions plus move assertion function into its own file
finally, update CI workflow to resolve warnings

Of course there are some corrections left but is not affected for planned reorganize files.
