Changing tooltip_activation_time config #2

Greetings!, first, thank you so much for the mod, it's amazingly usefull.

The issue i have is, when i go to the config file and change the tooltip_activation_time to, lets say 200.0 ticks, and start the game, immediatelly goes back to 20.0 every time.

Hmm... I'll have a look into this as soon as I'm available :)

In the meantime, can you outline all the steps you took, in order, so that I can reproduce this issue?
