Adding Speech-To-Text support #2

Test to integrating mozilla DeepSpeech Speech-To-Text engine.

The easy part is to make it work. The hard part is to make it work while the snap runs as a daemon (see #1 )

A new and good option is to use whisper to convert speech to text, github repo link.

Here is a python package for that. And here is a dart package that seems half in Spanish.
