Move Tasmota server into a separate package #19

Tasmota integration is now written inside of cbj_hub code.

Let's move it to a separate package so that it will be easier to maintain and more people will be able to use it.

Here for reference is an example of the package in Javascript https://www.npmjs.com/package/tasmota
