IKEA Home smart is another big player in the smart home system. In Home Assistant 3.2% of its users use it. Lets try to add support for it

Found that there are projects that control IKEA devices locally

IKEA devices require IKEA hub for example tradfri oh other supposed to be hub not from ikea. All the devices work on ZigBee protocol (no WiFi).
