Add TP-Link support #42

TP-Link Kasa are smart home device manufacturer.

In Home Assistant 9.5% of its users use it.

TP-Link Kasa smart home is the third most used plugin for homebridge.

I found a link to the API https://www.tplinkcloud.com

As well as some small projected integrates with that for example https://github.com/arallsopp/tp-link-smart-switch-web-client-
