can the opt huff0 integrate into libjpeg-turbo？ #81

i wander to know the huff0 which have been extremelyoptimised can be integrate into libjpeg-turbo？

I can't answer this question very reliably, since I don't know libjpeg-turbo. At the very least, I would expect such integration to be more complex than a drop-in replacement. So, "as is", probably not. With some work, maybe, but no guarantee.
