Describe the bug
What the title says, like before - except obviously on 1.16.5 instead of 1.15.2. Again, only tested on singleplayer. However, I've noticed something I should have before that possibly explains the issue - which I have bolded in the reproduction section.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Log on (after about a day or so, seemingly).
Starter Digi-obtaining quest starts again, despite having done so previously.
Prof.....er, I mean duped coin.
In other words, same as before, but w/ the added info.
Expected behavior
For the coin to obviously not dupe.

Additional context
Haven't tested to see if it happens if you've already used the coin & get a new one through Creative, although I doubt it since it seems to be related to the actual quest duping itself (and thus the coin).
