Map Glitched #10

I think my modpack is glitched because when i do the beginning quest and i take the apple i just stay in the normal world is this a glitch or is this the meaing.

Reset the world and try again. You're doing something wrong. Please read the quest book carefully, follow the directions, and make sure you've updated to version 0.1.4.1.
