Volume gets louder in radio when notification sound has played #102

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start FM radio
  2. Set the volume to say 3/4 ( bar looks like [||||||---------] or whatever)
  3. Receive notification (SMS/text or whatever), sound plays, and volume gets louder.
  4. Notification stops playing, but radio volume is raised, and stays raised.
  5. Change volume up/down one step in radio, volume goes back to normal.

I haven't changed any sound volume settings, besides changing my notification ringtone.
