You can change up and down the multimedia player's volume but not the FM Radio volume when the screen is locked.

recent (today) issue or was like that before ?

It happens since the first version I think is a design mistake, not an issue or prog bug. (I'm sorry if this is not the best place to comment this matter)

This problem exists for a long time..Moto FM-Radio app doesn't have global FM volume (only in app)

but , do you can implement something like that ??? this is really annoyng , or sugest another FM app with global volume support , i guess the miui fm app has this issue too
