I am so sorry to tell you that the audio hal can not use other device's. The most important thing of audio is the audio path, every device has own audio path and you can see system/etc/tinyucm.conf and system/etc/default_gain.conf in stock rom.
And the most important, we will not merge any pull request in Github, you should use review.cyanogenmod.org
