Wake up screen glitch

Sometimes when pressing power button to activate sceen from sleep, there is weird glitching on screen, I will try to capture this behavior on video.

I've seen this too but can't reproduce on demand. Turning the screen off and on helps.

Screen strobing or flashing on and off? I've seen this occur on the lock screen is active and go away when unlocked. I think it's firmware related. On other firmwares a reboot is required to clear.
