there's a Volte feature is missing . hope fix it early

Can the 6.9.9 global or 6.9.15 global firmware blobs make it work after adding the volte flags?

http://bigota.d.miui.com/6.9.15/miui_HMNote3ProGlobal_6.9.15_063d914d25_6.0.zip This is the official 6.9.15 MIUI8 which contains the firmware-update folder for M based fresh firmware from Xiaomi Use this firmware with volte flags and rebuild. It will be fine.
