Plugin can't be set up #2

I can't set up scp-035. I wrote about this in the discord channel "SCP - ServerMod & MultiAdmin". They said i have a plugin that already use something of this code. I deleted everything but this plugin from folder "sm_plugins", but i still get this error. I don't know what to do. I tried everything. Please, help me!

You didn't install the dependency. Make sure to read the installation steps properly.
