Create OLEFile/MSOffice object type #150

This can be used as a starting point for #126, #127, #128 before implementing the full document-specific files. We need to distinguish between properties generic to OLE and the specific implementation in MS Office, and determine whether one or two types are needed.

Context: This would support use cases related to digital forensics, as well as the capture of properties of malicious OLE files (i.e. in MAEC), and indicators that may be associated with such files (i.e. in STIX).
