Add new Hostname Object #255

There is a need to represent network Hostnames that is currently missing in CybOX 2.0.1.

At a minimum, this Object should include:

a Value element of StringObjectPropertyType to convey the actual hostname label
a Naming_System element of StringObjectPropertyType to convey the relevant naming system (e.g. DNS, NIS, NetBIOS) for the Hostname
an is_domain_name attribute to specify that the Hostname is also a domain name
