Fix Annotation for Purpose Field in Code Object #335

Currently, the annotation for the Purpose field in the Code Object reads:

The type field is intended to provide a way of specifying the purpose or flavor of code being characterized."

We should at the very least change to it to read:

The purpose field is intended to provide a way of specifying the purpose or flavor of code being characterized."
