Review the need of cyboxCommon:CompilerInformalDescriptionType in order to potentially reduce complexity (number of types/objects).
It seems to be just a reduced cyboxCommon:ToolInformationType where the Type would have to be defined with a "Compiler" enumeration value.
But, that would imply the creation of a default vocabulary for the cyboxCommon:ToolInformationType.Type (what could be beneficial in the future)
