Add Confidence to RelatedObjectType #384

This is one of the few places where a relationship can be specified, but no confidence is associated.

(suggested by someone who wanted to remain anonymous)

Personally, I would suggest using the same base relationship type for both STIX relationships between components and CybOX relationships between objects.
