Add Ability to Capture Friendly Sender Name in Email Address #388

We should consider adding the ability to the Email Message Object for capturing the "friendly" name of an email message sender, e.g., "Smith, John C."

From @gtback: It should probably be a custom property of an email address rather than the message, as the "display-name" (using the RFC 5322 term [1]) is per-originator or per-recipient.
