horizontal transfer cut scene

4-brick tutorial was too long and complex - see #271 . It was replaced by this horizontal cut scene. To make it work, we need:

• integration in a scenario or at least minimal scenaristic plot
• proper introduction of the given device
• proper introduction of the only brick given just afterwards, in front of the blocking rock
• new introduction of other bricks

Needed fixes in start cut scene:

• the NPC bubble is slanted
• the text does not use NGUI's localization system
• make a storyboard to describe scenaristic intentions and design
• playtest it a lot
• remove magic numbers such as GetChild(0), scales, times, angles...
