Pop-up that hints at how moving again after zone 2 wall cut scene #460

Some players get stuck after this cut scene, not knowing what to do: the cell has GFP and no flagellum therefore being unable to move. A script should detect when the player has not moved for some time to hint the player on how to re-equip the FlhDC device.
