Will definitely make the build smaller and thus speed up the download. Remove pre-built and deprecated.
Targeted atlases: ☑ Tooltips (deleted) ☑ Tutorials ☑ BioBricks ☑ Devices ☑ LifeEnergyIndicators (useless) replaced by HUD atlas ☑ UI Windows and Windows2 atlases (merged into new GUI Atlas)
