GEXF export mistakes #127

Each entity (including edges) is a node in KnowNodes. Therefore, gexf export has nodes that are actually edges and edges that are actually nodes. Filtering them out is not too difficult, so the exported file is still correct and can be opened in Gephi, but this problem should be resolved.
