This feature branch allows a 2.5 graph to be displayed.

@deemeetree and/or @micouz please check this, I've only worked on Triplets._coffee and GexfController._coffee.

We need to do something about this bug in our data: /connection/71c52f1c-1c5a-458f-862e-e87e4ae00f6e – this connection has two resources that are not connected to the main component and their IDs are strange, probably from the old database structure.

I'm also working on hooking the new sigma into this data, asked Alexis some questions necessary to proceed, waiting for his reply.
