For some resources (ex: videos), WeLearn can badly assess the language of the resource. The user should be able to change it.
[ ] We can add such an option with the language flag in the concept menu as shown below.
[ ] When you click o the flag, a dropdown menu suggests to change language by clicking on an other flag
