Fixup dotatlas renderer, event handlers and init call

This is a continued work, being cherry-picked in a single branch.

Fixes are:

• Constants are defined properly and once
• Dat.GUI debugger takes constants automatically to attach all the tools
• Fixes keyboard shortcuts
