Description: A user has many resources in the library. The user just want to roll the page down to the option "Help/Changelog/Blog/About us/Privacy Policy". But if the user doesn't click it quickly, the page loads more resources automatically until the end. So the user need to wait for finishing loading all resources and then click on one of the options down the page.
