What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configuração do C/C++ no Netbeans

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Seguindo o tutorial de instalação o Netbeans não está reconhecendo a famila 
de compilador no diretório do Arduino.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Netbeans 7.4
Windows 8.1 x64
Arduino 1.0.5

It was a bug in NetBeans 7.4 patch 1 
(https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=239074). 
Was fixed in patch 2 in the last friday (13/12/2013)
