No music - MMC Problems #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Attach Arduino and Music shield ver 1.03
2.  Compile and upload musicshield v 1.0
3.  Power via USB

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No music played.  The green play light stayed solid.  The red volume light did 
not light.  No music played.  Buttons were not responding.  Arduino lights on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Vista, Arduino ver 0018, Arduino Duemilanove, "Dane-Elec DA-2IN1-02G-R 
Micro SD Flash Card with Adapter - 2GB, Class 2"

Please provide any additional information below.
I did a simple debug and found the software is hanging at RebootMMC() in 
mmc.cpp.  Is this a problem with an incompatible SD card?

I tried this too and I cant get it to work either. Sometimes I get both the 
green and red light on BUT no music sometimes I just get the green led. I have 
tried 2 different mSD cards

Any ideas?
