What steps will reproduce the problem?
On windows 8, launching the program, regardless of compatibility 
mode/administrator 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8, latest build of nekodrive

I get the same error / NekoDrive 0.9.38985 / Dokan-net 0.6.0 / Windows 7 Pro 
(64 bit)

I have met the same issue could you please tell me how to resolve it? thanks a 
lot. I have run it in 4.0net platform and my system is win7 64bit

This happens to me as well.  Admin mode has no effect, nor does changing 
params.  Win 7 x64 Pro.
