[x] Intake power settings (currently at 0.6)
[x] Direction signs for intake v out
[x] Starts & Stops after release of button
[x] Check on the SmarkMax firmware
[x] Test experimentally

Intake 2.0 worked great after a couple minor tweaks. I changed the power direction signs for intake v out, and had to change the FALSE statement to get it to stop after button release, but I did it; go me!
