Cgroup CPU usage is not normalized to the number of CPU cores, i.e. 150% means that it consumes 1.5 CPU core.

Coverage increased (+0.6%) to 88.728% when pulling bfc6872add903f1208cc5f054ec074723a4c74ab on feature/cgroup into 00311ac9b10351edde909584028339de8da4b0d1 on master.
