Bind the following image to a !windows command, at Euph and Taw's suggestion?

Personally agreed with @thebeanogamer (if you want to post the image as a response to conversations, you can just post the image surely?) but it's also worth mentioning that there is already an autoresponder for !window (to this GIF https://media.giphy.com/media/c6DIpCp1922KQ/giphy.gif) and adding one so similar may get very confusing.

Conversely I completely disagree with both @thebeanogamer and @teamshortcut. I in fact find that most of the custom commands added hold little value that could not be overcome with a simple paste of an image/link, so why should this be treated any differently? The image amuses me and I believe it could add just as much value as other custom commands in conversations where people are discussing the Microsoft Windows Operating System(s).

Notably I also find the image provided by @lightspeedana to be of far more value than the Graphics Interchange Format bitmap image provided by @teamshortcut of which I have never seen being used in conversation.

How can we get a decision made on the topic or an answer regarding my above points from a root?

This should be a PR, not an issue; if it's made into one, staff can discuss its potential addition.
