Add file/s for Dyno banned words #249

Some words on Dyno's banned word list (like scunthorpe or tiktok) aren't immediately apparent. It would be useful to have a meta file like CENSOR.md to list the banned words. This would also allow PRs to be made etc.

Good idea, but having a file along the lines of

CUNT
FAG
*insert more swears here*

is not good for our ultra super professional image

Just have a comment saying: this is a file containing bad words TM and does not reflect the opinions of the staff...

Closing due to inactivity, but this is far more suited to a PR and this could work, although I don't entirely see its purpose and who would use it 🤷‍♀
