Using Xinput for unknown controllers. #2

Will require using Xinput and making a vector.png for the controller. (Possibly like the PS4 one, except with just a question mark in the middle) <-I'll work on this. With button icons as minimalistic as possible due to not knowing what the buttons look like.

I plan to have icons for DS4 and Switch ProController. Not sure how many actually use these controllers on PC though. Other controllers can have a question mark icon, but i'd prefer it not being a playstation with a question mark but rather something completely generic. Maybe just a thumbstick on the left and 2 buttons on the right. You're welcome to create graphics for it support for, but other controllers is far down the road. For the nearest future they're gonna be unused icons.

Note: The vast majority of games on PC are implemented with XInput. With only a subset of them natively supporting DS4 and others. Though i don't have any figures to back that up.

The one I submitted was just a generic controller vector with a question mark in the middle.
