Regardless of applying the 'Unobtainable' filter the 'ENTWINING UMBILICAL CORD' is still present in the list despite it being currently unobtainable in the vanilla game(patch 1.06). (https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Entwining+Umbilical+Cord)
