add pomodoro tracker feature to ** cats study room **

One of the most productive ways to study is Pomodoro. Since we have a study room, on the server we can set a Pomodoro timer to remind study buddies of the spent time on the study channel to get a rest .

• Users can set it on or off
• The timer can be configurable by users to choose the timing they want ( 25-5 3 + 15 min OR 50-10 3 + 20 min )
• music study (for discussion later ):
  • users can set on or off music while studying
  • bot can suggest music lists to choose from or users can choose their list like

ps: this can be a separate bot service

Some stuff that I can mention about it:

• First a bit more flexibility for configuration make it more like a timer with some additional features that you can set to make like a Pomodoro
• Second thing we make the bot mute people in the chat when the work time starts and unmute them on breaks
• The music part, I think it makes it very complicated and just leaves that thing to the user, and the Rythm, for now, make it more minimal By the way, need to tidy up a code and change the repo to Cat Empire Org and work with it there and sorry for the late reply
