Ticker List #219

Not actually an issue but a question. If I changed the ticker CUSTOM_LIST to False in config_yml, will the bot use all coins currently available in Binance? Will there be no issues if newer coins were to be listed in Binance? Thank you

I changed it to false and it looks like it is considering all the coins.
