Combination of https://github.com/CyberPunkMetalHead/Binance-volatility-trading-bot/pull/87 and https://github.com/CyberPunkMetalHead/Binance-volatility-trading-bot/pull/69

Changes:

remove TESTNET due to poor performance
default to testing on mainnet
remove testnet creds as not needed
add .gitignore
add volatility cooloff to prevent spam on attempting to buy
prettify output more
add timestamp to printed messages
