Refactored logging module #103

Added LOG_ERROR, LOG_INFO and LOG_DEBUG method
moved initialization into init_logger()

[ ] Telegram integration should be tested.

Either by checking out this branch or by merging it to develop and testing it then. I don't really use Telegram so I would prefer if someone else could do this for me.
