The etiquette page is actually part of the BMO extension. At some point I customized it to be more generic, but then I got things to work without the BMO extension so we should probably drop it.

Doesn't really make sense to have a code of conduct for Bugzilla only, especially if we don't have one for D in general.

"Get help with page" links to the Mozilla's user guide. I think we can just copy/paste most of it and put it it in the wiki. Alternatively, we might want to link them to https://wiki.dlang.org/Get_involved#File_a_bug_report or similar.
