Add "browse" as a big button on the front page #5

That's one of the most frequent actions and as there's still a lot of space on the front page it might be wort adding the button. I'm aware that it's in the top menu too, but so is the search box.

Maybe just show last ~20 filed bugs on the front page?

Great idea! BTW we could also add a simple:

DMD | DRuntime | Phobos | ...

line with respective links at the "bottom" of the front page. Then Phobos' issue tracker would be really "one click" away ;-)
