Option 150 is commonly used for VoIP PBX servers. Both Cisco and Polycom use it (among others)
Option 81 seems to be handed out by OpenWRT's DHCP server it lists as (Client FQDN) and it may be handed out by other DHCP servers. While that does not list an assertion error it halts processing on the received DHCP packet
Get assertion failure when
dhcptest-0.0-win64 --query --request 150
And 81 Unknown when
dhcptest-0.0-win64 --query --request 81
