Updated the jars (bouncy castle and xmlsec jars) due to security vulnerabilities 1)Updated the version of "bcprov-jdk15on" (bouncy castle) to 1.61 version 2)Updated the version of "xmlsec" jar to version 2.0.7 3)Removed opensaml since there is no impact
