Opfor fraction #64

Hello,

in our Gameserver we have the fourth fraction Opfor. I want to add a whitelisting point like the one for Cops and Medics.

Is it allowed to add the fraction for myself and commit into the branch or do it for myself into my server version?

What would be really great is if you make a fork and a new branch and make a pull request. Then people can have OpFor if they want.
