Lag spikes

Explanation of issue: There are lag spikes every few minutes on my server. Im not entirely sure if this is a thermos issue, it happens with Kcauldron also. When I look at the tps graph, the TPS never drops below 19 it goes up and over to like 21 TPS. Which means its not even picking up the lag spikes, its just rebounding,

How to recreate this issue: Unsure, the spikes usually occur alongside large tasks like loading a ton of chunks. When I do /debug start I get this keepalive issue: http://pastebin.com/rBCFx3eX

Need your server startup arguments, I think this may just be inadequate argument setups.

I Google searched the connection time out spam, are you using some sort of web panel to control your server, or are you running it on the command line?

Im using multicraft panel from bisecthosting.com @Robotia Because of this, I dont know the startup script @iKaneki-Ken

It is associated with the web panel, that's what other users with that error noted here. Could you open a ticket with bisect and see if they know what's causing it?
