Changes

Cluster API will be renamed to Core API.

The domain will change from cluster-api.cyberfusion.nl to core-api.cyberfusion.io.

[x] The version constant is updated in Client.php
[x] The changelog is updated (when applicable)
[x] The supported Cluster API version is updated in the README (when applicable)

Won't go for this, as it'd break all existing codebases (hence the major version increase), while a major update is coming out anyway with https://github.com/CyberfusionIO/cyberfusion-cluster-api-client/issues/7.
